Job Profile: We are seeking a skilled Upwork bidder to create, manage, and grow our Upwork profile specifically focused on WordPress development services. Your main responsibilities will include identifying high-quality WordPress-related projects, submitting tailored proposals, managing client communication, and helping build a strong presence on Upwork.
Responsibilities:
Create and optimize an Upwork profile for WordPress services
Daily job search and proposal submission for WordPress projects
Write customized, persuasive proposals that convert
Manage communications and follow-ups with potential clients
Track bidding performance and suggest improvements
Help close deals and hand over projects to the delivery team
Requirements:
Proven experience in Upwork bidding for WordPress or web development projects
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work independently and meet targets
Familiarity with Upwork's best practices and profile ranking strategies
Preferred:
Past success in winning WordPress projects on Upwork
Experience working with agencies or freelancers offering web services
