Job Description

As a Bid Specialist at Team Variance, located in Noida, you will play a crucial role in managing the bid process, preparing tenders, and writing proposals. Your key responsibilities will include: - RFP Management: Oversee the entire lifecycle of responding to Requests for Proposals (RFPs) or similar tender documents. - Proposal Development: Create comprehensive and compelling proposals demonstrating IT services expertise and addressing client requirements. - Win Strategy: Collaborate with sales, pre-sales, and delivery teams to develop effective win strategies and themes for each bid. - Stakeholder Coordination: Act as a central point of contact, working with subject matter experts (SMEs), technical teams, and other stakeholders to gather inputs and develop the proposal. - Project Management: Lead the bid process, creating bid plans, tracking milestones, managing risks, and ensuring timely submission. - Quality Assurance: Ensure all bids are accurate, compliant with RFP requirements, and submitted with high quality. - Client Communication: Develop client-facing documents like pitch decks to effectively present proposed solutions. - Secures New Contracts: Winning bids translates to acquiring new clients and expanding business in the IT services sector. - Drives Revenue: Effective bid specialists help win more deals, contributing directly to revenue growth. - Enhances Win Rates: Strategically managing the bid process improves the company's success rate in winning competitive tenders. To excel in this role, you should have the following skills and qualifications: - Technical and Domain Knowledge: Awareness of IT domains like Web and Application development, Digital Marketing Companies. - Project Management: Experience in managing complex projects, timelines, and cross-functional teams. - Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills for creating proposals and coordinating with stakeholders. - Collaboration: Ability to work effectively with geographically dispersed and cross-functional teams. - Experience in Bid Processes, Tender Management, and Bid Preparation. - Skills in Proposal Writing and effective Communication. - Excellent organizational and time management abilities. - Strong attention to detail and accuracy. - Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams. - Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. - Previous experience in a similar role is a plus.,
