Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Bid Manager (GeM and e-Procurement) located in New Delhi and Kerala. The Bid Manager will be responsible for managing the bid process, preparing bids, writing bid documents, and proposal management. The role includes overseeing all bid-related activities to ensure that submissions are timely, accurate, and compliant with requirements. The Bid Manager will also coordinate with various teams to ensure complete and correct bid submissions.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience in publishing and managing product catalogues on the GeM portal through External Agencies
• Proficiency in Bid Preparation, Bid Management, and Bid Writing
• Experience in Proposal Management and overseeing Bid Processes
• Strong organizational and project management skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work under tight deadlines and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
• Knowledge of GeM (Government e-Marketplace) and e-Procurement systems is preferred
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, or related field
