CloudSEK is a leading Cybersecurity product company in India, dedicated to developing the world's fastest and most reliable AI technology for real-time identification and resolution of digital threats. ### Role Overview: You will be responsible for the following key areas: - **Competitive Intelligence**: - Develop and maintain Competitive Battlecards to equip sales teams with the latest information on competitors. - Stay updated on industry trends, emerging threats, and the competitive landscape to enhance our positioning. - **RFP Response**: - Craft comprehensive responses to RFPs covering both functional and technical specifications. - Collaborate with the Engineering team to ensure accurate and compelling RFP submissions. - **Engineering Collaboration**: - Provide field inputs to the Engineering team based on customer feedback and industry insights. - Collaborate with the development team to understand product enhancements and updates. - **Competitive Value Proposition**: - Define and communicate the competitive value proposition of CloudSEK products to the sales team and potential clients. - **Positioning**: - Contribute to the strategic positioning of CloudSEK solutions in the cybersecurity market. - Work with marketing teams to create compelling content for effective positioning. - **Regulatory Compliance**: - Understand regulatory guidelines in India and globally and map CloudSEK solutions for compliance. - Demonstrate compliance mapping to potential clients during the sales process. - **Partner Enablement**: - Collaborate with partners to provide them with necessary information and tools for selling CloudSEK solutions effectively. - **Use Cases**: - Create and maintain updated use cases in collaboration with the customer success team. - Ensure alignment of customer use cases with product capabilities and value propositions. - **Golden Specifications**: - Develop and maintain Golden specifications for CloudSEK products as a standardized reference for internal teams. ### Qualifications: - Proven experience in presales engineering or a similar role within the cybersecurity domain. - Strong understanding of cybersecurity concepts, threats, and technologies. - Excellent communication and presentation skills. - Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams. - Familiarity with regulatory frameworks in India and globally.
