Bid Executive

Job Responsibilities: Languages Identify and evaluate tender opportunities from government and private sectors. Assist in preparing and submitting tender/bid documents under the guidance of manager. Coordinate with internal teams (sales, finance, technical) to gather necessary bid information. Ensure all documents meet compliance standards and deadlines. Track and report tender outcomes and maintain bid records. Monitoring tender portals and maintaining a database of tender opportunities, deadlines, and outcomes. Qualifications & Experience: 3 to 7 years experience Bachelors degree in any field GIS experience is mandatory Required Skills: Technical Skills Proficiency in Microsoft Suite (Word, Excel & PowerPoint) and/or Office 365 platform. Must have GEM portal experience. Soft Skills Strong attention to detail, organizational, and communication skills. Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines. Preferred Skills: GIS and Govt sector experience is preferred. Preparing compliant and responsive bids/proposals. Knowledge/experience with eProcurement platforms and vendor registration/empanelment processes.
