- Lead and manage the end-to-end bid process, including technical proposal development, bid coordination, and compliance management.
- Collaborate with sales, technical, legal, and finance teams to gather inputs and develop compelling proposals aligned with client requirements.
- Ensure all bids meet compliance standards, client specifications, and organizational policies.
- Manage bid timelines and resources to ensurethe timely delivery of high-quality proposals.
- Review and refine proposals to enhance clarity, quality, and persuasiveness.
- Maintain bid documentation, templates, and knowledge bases for continuous improvement.
- Facilitate post-bid activities, including clarifications, presentations, and negotiations.
- Analyze bid outcomes and implement lessons learned to optimize future submissions.
- Keep abreast of Oracle Technology developments, industry trends, and competitor activities relevant to bids.
- Support change management initiatives by aligning business users and leadership with process and system changes.
- Organize & Standardize files, presentations, and other written communications/documents so they are readily accessible to respond to subsequent/future reporting requests
Key Skills
Proven experience in technical proposal writing, bid management, and compliance. A strong understanding of Oracle ERP solutions is preferred. Excellent project management and organizational skills. Superior written and verbal communication abilities. Ability to work efficiently under pressure and meet strict deadlines. Proficient in MS Office and bid management software/tools. Detail-oriented with a strategic mindset. Education and Experience
3+ Years in technical proposal writing, bid management, and compliance. Bachelor s degree in business, Engineering, IT, or a related field. Analytical and Personal skills
