Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site position located in New Delhi for a Bid and Proposal Executive role. The Bid and Proposal Executive will oversee the development and management of bid processes from initiation to submission. Day-to-day tasks include preparing bid documents, coordinating with internal teams and stakeholders, managing proposal writing, and ensuring submissions meet compliance and deadlines. The Bid Manager will also be responsible for analyzing bidding strategies, improving proposal content, and maintaining clear communication across all involved parties to secure successful outcomes.

Qualifications

• Proven skills in Bid Preparation, Bid Management, and guiding bid strategies
• Experience with Bid Writing and Proposal Management
• Interpret RFP/RFQ requirements and develop proposal outlines, compliance matrices, and schedules.
• Ensure proposals are aligned with KRTC branding, messaging, and strategic positioning.
• Facilitate proposal kick-off meetings, reviews, and debriefs.
• Strong understanding of Bid Processes and managing end-to-end activities
• Excellent organizational and time-management abilities
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
• Proficiency in using relevant software and tools for bid and proposal management
• Familiarity with railway and infrastructure sectors is highly advantageous
• Bachelor’s degree in CIVIL Engineering only,with 4-6 Yrs of Core Bid Proposal and Bid Process Management
• Support teaming arrangements and coordinate with external partners when applicable.
• Support proposal e-bid submission process.
