**Job Description:** As a Bid and Proposal Executive at Korea Railroad Technical Corporation (KRTC), your primary role will involve overseeing the development and management of bid processes from initiation to submission. Your responsibilities will include: - Preparing bid documents and ensuring compliance with requirements. - Coordinating with internal teams and stakeholders to gather necessary information. - Managing proposal writing process and ensuring submissions meet deadlines. - Analyzing bidding strategies and improving proposal content for successful outcomes. - Maintaining clear communication across all involved parties. **Qualifications:** To excel in this role, you should possess the following qualifications: - Proven skills in Bid Preparation, Bid Management, and guiding bid strategies. - Experience with Bid Writing and Proposal Management. - Ability to interpret RFP/RFQ requirements and develop proposal outlines. - Strong understanding of Bid Processes and managing end-to-end activities. - Excellent organizational, time-management, and communication skills. - Proficiency in using relevant software and tools for bid and proposal management. - Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering with 4-6 years of experience in Bid Proposal and Bid Process Management. - Familiarity with railway and infrastructure sectors is highly advantageous. - Ability to support teaming arrangements and coordinate with external partners. *Please email your complete CV and experience details to hr@krtcindia.com to apply for this position.*,
