Description

The BHS Technical Manager will be responsible for overseeing the technical aspects of baggage handling systems in various projects across India. The role requires a strong technical background along with project management skills to ensure the efficient operation and maintenance of BHS.

Responsibilities

Lead the design, implementation, and maintenance of BHS systems.
Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
Oversee project management activities related to BHS installations and upgrades.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve technical issues.
Conduct regular audits and performance evaluations of BHS systems.
Develop and maintain documentation related to system specifications and procedures.
Provide training and support to technical staff and operators.

Skills and Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Electrical, Mechanical, or related field).
8-10 years of experience in BHS (Baggage Handling Systems) or related technical management roles.
Strong understanding of automation and control systems.
Proficient in project management methodologies and tools.
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple projects.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with stakeholders.
Knowledge of safety standards and regulations related to BHS.
