Bharat Banking is a new Department which has been set up to drive different business that the Bank does in Semi Urban and rural markets The department is expected to drive business outcomes by focusing on partnerships, new products, innovation, reimagining customer journeys and driving / creating new channelThe Circle Rural and Digital manager (CRDM) is responsible for reviewing and monitoring performance of the rural branches within the circle As the owner of the budgets and targets for the rural branches within the circle, the CRDM is responsible for ensuring achievement of all targets, productivity, quality and compliance standards The CRDM also represents the bank in the statutory meetings on a case to case basisReview and ensure compliance of all processes according to bank s policies including timely action on internal and statutory audit observationLiaison with project team, infrastructure and support service providers for efficient service deliveryAchieve sales targets as assigned by the organization on a monthly basisEnsure the achievement of targets set for Govt insurance/ welfare schemes like APY, PMJDY etc by the rural branchesEnsure successful execution of ficial literacy campaigns and initiatives in the designated branchesReport priority sector lending achievements to the SLBC (state level banker committee) and attend these meetings whenever required, on behalf of the bankEnsure successful execution of campaigns and initiatives for Govt schemes at the rural branchesQualificationsGraduate/ MBA from a recognized university5-10 years in the BFSI sectorRole ProficienciesFor successful execution of the job, a candidate should possess:Knowledge of industry, technology, marketing, and product trendsKnowledge of regulatory guidelines and normsGood communication (both verbal and written) skillAbility to handle pressure and meet deadlinesAbility to manage risk and uncertainty for self and team within a dynamic priority-setting environmentAbility to coach and mentor others
