Bharat Banking: Program Manager - Distribution

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced professional with 4 to 9 years of experience to join our team as a Program Manager - Distribution in Axis Bank Limited The ideal candidate will have a strong background in retail banking cross-sell, channel sales, or distribution management

• Manage distribution channels and key strategic objectives for all products under Bharat Banking
• Coordinate with Bharat Bank stakeholders and DGROs for business development
• Prepare and drive initiatives to increase overall manpower productivity and functionality of DGRO channels and partners
• Implement and drive central campaigns and initiatives at the regional level
• Analyze data to drive resource activation and ensure compliance in the region
• Drive new initiatives and other key processes

• Graduate degree
• Minimum 4 years of experience in banks, NBFCs, or retail banking cross-sell
• Advanced Excel and presentation building skills, including data modeling and clear, concise presentation materials
• Good communication skills, both verbal and written, along with interpersonal skills
• Strong Excel and database manipulation skills, ficial and statistical analysis skills, and risk management abilities
• Self-motivated with a passion for taking ownership of work and delivering outcomes
• Proactive, thoughtful, and highly organized, able to work under tight deadlines while maintaining impeccable attention to detail
• Ability to work effectively across functions and demonstrate coaching and mentoring capabilities
• Ability to manage risk and uncertainty for self and team within a dynamic priority-setting environment
• Ability to prioritize and make decisions in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to contribute towards team goals and manage multiple tasks/projects simultaneously
