Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a BFSI Trainer based in Solapur. The BFSI Trainer will be responsible for conducting training sessions on various financial services and banking topics. They will develop and deliver training materials, assess the trainees' understanding, provide feedback, and ensure the trainees are job-ready. The trainer will also collaborate with industry partners to keep the training content relevant and up-to-date.

Qualifications

• Expertise in Banking, Financial Services, and Insurance (BFSI)
• Experience in developing and delivering training programs
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Ability to assess and evaluate trainees' performance
• Familiarity with the latest industry trends and regulations
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills
• Ability to work collaboratively with industry partners
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, or related field; additional certifications in BFSI training a plus
