Job Description

Developing and implementing training programs, providing instruction on phlebotomy techniques and safety protocols, and assessing and improving the skills of phlebotomists or other healthcare professionals needing phlebotomy training. Developing and Implementing Training Programs: This includes creating curriculum, lesson plans, and training materials, ensuring alignment with industry standards and best practices. Providing Instruction: Instructing students or staff on proper phlebotomy techniques, including vein selection, equipment use, and specimen handling. Hands-on Training: Providing practical training and guidance, including supervised practice and feedback. Evaluating the skills of trainees through practical assessments Ensuring Safety and Hygiene: Reinforcing safety protocols and hygiene practices in phlebotomy procedures. Maintaining Records: Keeping accurate records of training activities, competency assessments, and trainee development.
