Job Description

Design and deliver engaging training programs on BFSI topics including banking operations, financial products, compliance, risk, insurance, and customer service.
Conduct classroom, virtual, and on-the-job training sessions across centers within the state.
Identify skill gaps and training needs through assessments and feedback from stakeholders.
Ensure all training content and materials are aligned with current industry standards and regulatory requirements.
Prepare training reports, assessments, and feedback summaries for continuous improvement.
Coordinate with subject matter experts and business leaders for content updates and program delivery.
Maintain strong learner engagement and adapt training style as per audience profile
