Job Summary:

BFSI Trainer


Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver training on core BFSI topics: retail banking, insurance and financial products.
  • Develop and customize training content, case studies, and assessments.
  • Train candidates on soft skills: communication, customer service, and sales techniques.
  • Use digital tools (LMS, virtual classrooms) to enhance learning experience.
  • Stay updated with BFSI industry trends, regulatory changes, and incorporate them into training.
  • Evaluate learner performance and provide constructive feedback.


Requirements:

  • Graduate/Postgraduate in Finance, Banking, Commerce, or related fields.
  • 3+ years of experience in BFSI industry or as a domain trainer.
  • Strong knowledge of banking operations, insurance, and financial services.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Familiarity with NISM/NCFM/IRDA certifications is a plus.
