Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Strong technical grounding in
battery chemistry
,
BMS/EMS/SCADA systems
, and power electronics.
Expertise in managing
preventive and corrective maintenance
, including AMC oversight and root cause analysis.
Strategic inventory management for BESS spare parts.
Stakeholder engagement, including client, vendor, internal team, and regulatory bodies.
Strong leadership, communication, and report-writing skills.
Hands-on experience with tools like CMMS, SCADA dashboards, and predictive maintenance platforms.

Preferred candidate profile

Minimum
12 years
of professional experience in power sector O&M, with
at least 5 years focused specifically on BESS technologies
.
Demonstrated experience managing multi-site operations from headquarters, including vendor and AMC contract management.
Past experience handling OEM in factories / project sites (if BESS itself is available then this is an added advantage)
