Job Description

Responsibilities: Source and recruit potential candidates for various IT positions using job boards, social media, and other resources. Build and maintain relationships with potential candidates and clients to develop a strong network of resources for future needs. Negotiate pay rates and other employment terms with potential candidates. Communicate effectively with candidates to understand their skills, experience, and preferences for placement. Coordinate with the sales team to ensure timely submission of candidates to clients. Maintain accurate records of all candidate and client interactions in the applicant tracking system. Develop and implement strategies to improve recruitment and retention of candidates. Requirements: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong negotiation and persuasion skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities. Good understanding of the IT industry and job market. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and applicant tracking systems. Bachelor's degree in a relevant field preferred, but not required. Freshers are also welcome to apply.
