Key Responsibilities:
Market and place consultants (H1B, OPT, CPT, EAD, GC & USC) with clients and vendors.Build and maintain strong relationships with vendors, clients, and implementation partners.Understand client requirements and submit qualified profiles in a timely manner.Negotiate rates and ensure successful closures.Track daily submissions, interviews, and provide regular updates. Requirements:2- 5 years of proven experience as a Bench Sales Recruiter in US Staffing.Strong understanding of the US IT recruitment process and market trends.Excellent communication and negotiation skills.Ability to work independently and deliver in a fast-paced environment.
