Role Description This is a full-time on-site Sales Recruiter role located in Kanpur. In this role, you will be responsible for the full life cycle of sales recruiting, hiring, and account management. Daily tasks include sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, negotiating offers, and managing relationships with hiring managers and candidates. As a Sales Recruiter, you will work closely with the sales team to understand their hiring needs and identify top talent to fill positions. Duration: Full-Time / 5 Working Days Vacancy: 15+ Positions Salary: As per the performance + Incentives + Accommodation Responsibilities: Minimum of 1+ years of proven OPT recruiting experience/Bench Sales . Strong experience and understanding of OPT US Hiring, Capable of getting students for any technology & Maintaining database of OPT candidates. Ability to interact, develop Student network, and get the OPT/CPT/EAD candidates. Should be able to get H1-B Transfer/Project Transfer resources from their own database and referrals. Maintaining an active database of OPT candidates. Should have some understanding of the hot IT skills in the market. Strong experience in hiring OPT/CPT/H1-B/GC/ USC candidates from Job portals, Universities, Network, Social Networking sites, and other sources and job boards .i.e. Dice, Career builder, Monster, Corp-Corp, etc. Strong experience in hiring OPT/CPT candidates from Job portals, universities, and network, a prior database of OPT candidates. Recruiting US Citizens, Green Card holders, H1-B, TN visa holders and EADs. Posting advertisements in university sites and various job portals. Should possess good knowledge of various technologies in the market. Need to have excellent knowledge on Tax term like C2C, W2 and 1099. Need to maintain a good relationship with team members as well as consultants. Willing to work in night shifts (EST). Qualifications: Intermediate/Bachelor's degree Effective communication skills Strong organizational and interpersonal skills Experience working with Microsoft Office suite High-energy and passion Demonstrated ability to meet targets Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment software Experience recruiting for sales positions is a plus Sales recruitment and full-life cycle recruiting skills Industry Information Technology & Service
