We are looking for a reliable and hardworking Office Boy to support the smooth functioning of our office by performing various routine and clerical tasks. The ideal candidate should be punctual, well-organized, and capable of multitasking in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities: Serve tea, coffee, and water to staff and guests. Ensure cleanliness and tidiness of the office premises including meeting rooms, pantry, and workstations. Manage office supplies and stationery; restock when necessary. Monitor pantry stock and inform admin for replenishments. Manage and maintain cleanliness in pantry and restrooms. Handle delivery and distribution of documents or parcels internally and externally. Assist in setting up meeting rooms as required. Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent. Proven experience as an office assistant or office boy is a plus. Honest, responsible, and punctual.
