Key Responsibilities:

• Market H1B, H1B Transfer, OPT, CPT, Green Card, and US Citizen consultants.
• Work closely with bench candidates to understand their skill sets and career goals.
• Build and maintain relationships with vendors, clients, and implementation partners.
• Submit resumes to job postings, client requirements, and vendor lists.
• Negotiate rates with vendors and clients to maximize profitability.
• Track and maintain database of consultants, submissions, interviews, and placements.
• Ensure quick turnaround time on submissions and follow-ups.
• Maintain transparency and regular updates with candidates on interview schedules and feedback.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• 2–6 years of proven experience in

  US IT Bench Sales Recruiting

• Strong knowledge of US IT staffing, including visa classifications (H1B, GC, OPT, etc.).
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong network with Tier 1 vendors and direct clients.
• Ability to work in night shifts (US timings).
• Proficiency with job boards (Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder, Indeed) and ATS tools (e.g., Ceipal).
