Qualifications • Expertise in Sales Recruitment and Full-life Cycle Recruiting • Experience working with C2C, W2 and 1099 Employment types. • Familiarity with job boards such as Dice, Monster, Indeed, LinkedIn, Zip Recruiter, Tech Fetch, etc • Experience in Hiring and Account Management. • Strong Communication skills • Proven ability to work effectively on-site in a team environment • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field is preferred • Previous experience in an IT or technology services company is a plus Key Responsibilities • Proactively Marketing Bench Consultants to Tier-1 Vendors, Implementation Partners, Direct Clients • Source new requirements daily through job boards, Vendors and Networking. • Negotiate rates and follow-up for Interview Schedules. • Maintain strong relationship with Consultants, Vendors and Clients. • Regularly updating Submission Tracker and Interview Tracking sheets. • Coordinate with Internal teams for Documentation and On-Boarding.
