This is a full-time on-site role for a Bench Sales Recruiter located in Ahmedabad. The Bench Sales Recruiter will be responsible for managing the entire recruiting process from initial contact to placement. This includes sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, performing background checks, and coordinating with hiring managers. Daily tasks include developing recruiting strategies, managing candidate pipelines, and maintaining effective communication with clients and candidates.
