This is a full-time, on-site role for a Bench Sales Recruiter located in Ahmedabad, Gujarat, India. The Bench Sales Recruiter will be responsible for sales recruitment, managing the full life-cycle of recruiting, hiring, and account management. Day-to-day tasks include sourcing candidates, communicating with potential hires, managing client accounts, and ensuring the right talent is matched with the right opportunities.
✔Provide profile marketing support for US-based IT candidates
✔ Handle end-to-end recruitment, including interviews and PO generation
✔ Maintain strong communication and relationships with candidates throughout the process.
✔ Ability to work independently and remotely
✔ Experience in the recruitment industry is a plus
