Looking for 1- 3 years of experience who has good communication skills and prefers to work nights for the on-site position for US IT staffing and Recruiting CANDIDATE HAVE TO ATTEND OFFICE FROM 6.30 PM TO 3.30 AM MUST BE ONSITE Key Responsibilities: Full-Cycle Recruitment Source, screen, interview, and place top IT talent in US-based roles. Talent Sourcing – Utilize job boards (Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder, LinkedIn, etc.), social media, and networking to find top candidates. Client Coordination – Work closely with account managers and clients to meet hiring needs. Compliance – Ensure candidates meet visa and EEO requirements, conduct background checks, and handle pre-employment processes.
