Talent Sourcing – Utilize job boards (Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder, LinkedIn, etc.), social media, and networking to find top candidates. Client Coordination – Work closely with account managers and clients to meet hiring needs. Compliance – Ensure candidates meet visa and EEO requirements, conduct background checks, and handle pre-employment processes.
