Job Summary:

Bench Sales Recruiter

Key Responsibilities:

• Proactively market bench consultants (H1B, H4 EAD, GC, USC, etc.) to Tier 1 vendors, implementation partners, and direct clients.
  
• Maintain relationships with existing vendors and develop new client/vendor networks.
  
• Track and update consultant submissions and interview status regularly.
  
• Negotiate contract rates with vendors and clients and close deals.
  
• Prepare and review consultant marketing material, including resumes and cover letters.
  
• Provide training and support to junior bench sales recruiters if required.
  
• Maintain database and records of submissions, interviews, and placements.
  
• Follow up with consultants and clients to ensure a smooth onboarding process.
  
• Work in coordination with the recruitment team to identify potential roles for bench consultants.
  
• Stay updated with current market trends and technologies to improve consultant placement rates.
  

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• 6–10 years of experience in Bench Sales in the US IT Staffing industry.
  
• Proven track record of placing consultants in contract roles.
  
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  
• Deep understanding of various US employment types (W2, 1099, C2C).
  
• Knowledge of job boards and social media platforms (Dice, Monster, LinkedIn, Indeed).
  
• Strong vendor network and ability to build long-term relationships.
  
• Ability to handle multiple consultants simultaneously.
  
• Self-motivated and target-driven.
  

Preferred:

• Experience working with Tier 1 vendors and direct clients.
  
• Familiarity with ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems).
  
• Strong organizational and documentation skills.
