Job Title: Bench Sales Lead (US IT Recruitment) Location: Uppal, Hyderabad Experience: 8+ years (minimum 4 years in a Lead role) Industry: IT Staffing / Recruitment Employment Type: Full-time We do not provide work from home option. This is mandatory work from office location. Work will be performed from Uppal Location. Night shift. Note: Selected applicant will be informed over phone with in 2 weeks from posted date. Job Description: We are looking for a highly experienced Bench Sales Lead to join our team in US IT Recruitment at our Uppal, Hyderabad location. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 8 years of experience in the IT staffing industry, with at least 4 years of experience leading a team of Bench Sales Recruiters. This role is perfect for someone who has a deep understanding of the US staffing market and is capable of driving business development, managing client relationships, and leading a team to success. Key Responsibilities: Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and manage a team of Bench Sales Recruiters, ensuring targets and deadlines are met efficiently. Client Acquisition & Relationship Management: Build and maintain relationships with key clients and MSP/VMS partners. Identify new business opportunities for bench consultant placements. Strategic Planning & Execution: Develop and implement strategies to increase bench sales, optimize consultant utilization, and improve revenue generation. Bench Consultant Coordination: Oversee the coordination between bench consultants and the recruitment team to ensure timely placements. Client Engagement & Negotiation: Lead contract negotiations, finalize terms, and ensure optimal placement rates while keeping clients satisfied. Market Research & Insights: Continuously monitor trends in the US staffing market, identify client needs, and adapt strategies to stay ahead of competitors. Operational Excellence: Ensure smooth internal processes for consultant submissions, interviews, placements, and follow-ups. Resolve any escalations quickly and efficiently. Team Performance Monitoring: Track team performance, provide regular feedback, and drive improvement in recruitment processes and strategies. Reporting & Analytics: Generate reports on team performance, placement activities, and revenue generation. Provide insights to senior management for decision-making. Required Skills and Qualifications: 8+ years of experience in US IT Staffing or Recruitment, with at least 4 years in a leadership role in Bench Sales. Proven track record of successfully placing bench consultants and developing strategies to manage and place consultants effectively. Strong knowledge of US IT staffing processes, including H1B, OPT, CPT, and other visa statuses. Experience working with clients, vendors, and MSP/VMS systems. Excellent leadership skills with the ability to inspire, motivate, and manage a team. Strong client-facing experience with expertise in building and nurturing relationships. Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills. Strong understanding of various IT technologies, staffing models, and client requirements. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, results-driven environment. Proficiency in tools like LinkedIn, Job Portals and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS). Preferred Qualifications: Experience in business development and sales within the staffing industry. Knowledge of US recruitment visa processes (H1B, L1, TN, OPT, etc.) and OPT/CPT placement processes. Familiarity with Managed Service Provider (MSP) and Vendor Management Systems (VMS). Prior experience in international staffing is a plus. Understanding of the US recruitment market and its evolving trends.
