Job Description

We are looking for a confident and well-organized Beauty Parlour Manager who can handle daily operations, manage staff, maintain service quality, and ensure a great customer experience. 🔹 Key ResponsibilitiesOversee day-to-day salon operations. Manage and supervise staff, shift scheduling, and attendance. Ensure excellent customer service and handle client concerns politely and professionally. Maintain hygiene and cleanliness standards across the salon. Monitor inventory, place orders, and manage stock. Ensure all staff follow grooming standards and service protocols. Maintain records of sales, expenses, and daily reports. Support in promotions, offers, and customer retention activities. Guide and motivate staff for upselling services/products. Report issues and updates to management regularly. Required Skills & QualificationsMinimum 12th pass; diploma in beauty/hair preferred. Good communication skills (English/Hindi/Telugu as required). Strong leadership and people management abilities. Knowledge of salon services, products, and customer care. Ability to handle pressure and multitask. Basic computer knowledge (billing, POS, attendance, reports).
