Job Description

As a Beauty Therapist, your role will involve performing a variety of beauty treatments for clients, such as hair cutting, coloring, styling, facials, skincare, manicures, pedicures, and massages. You will be responsible for assessing client needs, analyzing skin and hair types, and providing personalized recommendations for skincare, haircare, and treatments. Key Responsibilities: - Perform a variety of beauty treatments including hair cutting, coloring, styling, facials, skincare, manicures, pedicures, and massages. - Assess client needs, analyze skin and hair types, and provide personalized recommendations. - Ensure all treatment areas and equipment are clean and properly sterilized according to health and safety standards. - Manage client bookings, maintain product inventory, and handle front-desk duties. - Cross-sell and upsell beauty treatments and products to clients. Qualifications Required: - Proficient in using beauty tools and performing a wide range of treatments. - Excellent communication and customer service skills. - Patience, creativity, attention to detail, and good time management. - In-depth knowledge of beauty products, industry trends, and hygiene protocols. - Diploma or certification in cosmetology or a related field, sometimes with specific work experience. In addition to the above responsibilities and qualifications, it's important for you to maintain a professional and welcoming demeanor, stay updated on industry trends, and have the physical stamina to handle the demands of the job.,
