Beauty Advisor

As a Beauty Advisor at Titan Skin Beauty, your role will be crucial in delivering exceptional customer service and expert product knowledge. You will be responsible for understanding customer needs, recommending suitable skincare and beauty products, achieving sales targets, and maintaining visual merchandising standards. Key Responsibilities: - Warmly greet and engage customers to create a welcoming store environment. - Understand customer skincare and beauty preferences to suggest appropriate products. - Effectively demonstrate product usage and benefits to drive sales. - Meet or exceed individual sales and customer service targets. - Maintain comprehensive knowledge of all Titan Skin Beauty products, including ingredients, benefits, and usage. - Handle customer queries and resolve complaints professionally. - Ensure shelves are well-stocked and displays are attractive and up to date. - Assist in inventory management, stock replenishment, and stock counts. - Follow hygiene and safety standards while demonstrating and handling products. - Support team members and contribute to a positive store atmosphere. Key Requirements: - Minimum Qualification: 10+2 or Diploma; certification in beauty or skincare is a plus. - 1-3 years of retail experience, preferably in beauty or skincare. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Strong passion for skincare, beauty, and customer service. - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with flexible schedules (weekends, holidays). - Basic computer skills for billing and product lookup.
