Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a BDM-UPWORK located in Chandigarh. The BDM-UPWORK will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, developing client relationships, managing Upwork profiles, creating proposals, and achieving sales targets. Day-to-day tasks include prospecting potential clients, assessing project requirements, collaborating with internal teams, and ensuring client satisfaction to foster long-term relationships. Qualifications Experience in business development and client relationship management Proficiency in managing Upwork profiles and creating compelling proposals Strong understanding of web development, inbound marketing, and software development Excellent communication and negotiation skills Ability to meet sales targets and work effectively in a team environment Relevant bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field Experience in the IT industry is a plus Show more Show less
