Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Business Development Manager (BDM) - Upwork at WebGuruz Technologies Pvt Ltd, located in Chandigarh. The BDM will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities on Upwork, developing relationships with potential clients, and managing existing accounts. The day-to-day tasks include creating proposals, negotiating contracts, coordinating with project managers, and ensuring client satisfaction. The BDM will also track market trends and report on sales metrics.

Qualifications

• Experience in business development, client relationship management, and sales
• Proficiency in creating proposals and negotiating contracts
• Strong knowledge of Upwork and other freelancing platforms
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Knowledge of IT services and software development is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
