Job Description

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced professional with 2 to 8 years of experience to join our team as a Business Development Manager (BDM) in Sales, responsible for driving business growth through effective sales strategies. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales and marketing, with a focus on home loan and LAP products.

Roles and Responsibility

Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve sales targets and expand the customer base.
Lead and mentor a high-performing sales team to ensure they meet their goals.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and key stakeholders to drive business growth.
Analyze market trends and competitors to identify new business opportunities.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute sales plans.
Monitor and report on sales performance metrics to optimize results.

Job Requirements

Minimum 2 years of experience in home loan/LAP sales in the NCR region, preferably in DSA channels.
Professional degree in any field; relevant certifications or training programs are an added advantage.
Strong knowledge of sales and marketing principles, with a focus on home loan and LAP products.
Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and consistently meet sales targets.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and accuracy.
