Job Title: Business Development Manager – Lighting Industry

Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and well-connected Business Development Manager with a strong background in lighting solutions and exposure to corporate architectural fixtures. The ideal candidate should have established relationships with architects, PMCs, and consultants, along with a proven track record of driving sales in similar industries.

Key Responsibilities:

· Identify and develop new business opportunities in the lighting and corporate architectural fixtures industry.

· Build and maintain strong relationships with architects, project management consultants (PMCs), and industry consultants.

· Promote products such as lighting solutions, carpets, ceilings, furniture, flooring, and similar corporate architectural fixtures.

· Prepare and deliver presentations to potential clients, showcasing product features and benefits.

· Collaborate with the design and technical teams to meet client requirements.

· Achieve sales targets and contribute to overall business growth.

· Keep up to date with market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments.

Key Requirements:

· Minimum 5–6 years of experience in business development or sales within the lighting or similar corporate architectural fixture industry.

· Basic knowledge of lighting products and related fixtures such as carpets, ceilings, furniture, and flooring.

· Strong professional network with architects, PMCs, and consultants.

· Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.

· Self-motivated, result-oriented, and able to work independently.
