Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and goal-oriented Business Development Manager to drive business growth and establish strong client relationships. The selected candidate will undergo 15–20 days unpaid training at our Chandigarh branch (with free accommodation & meals provided), after which the role will be based at our Karnal branch.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and develop new business opportunities to expand market reach.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure repeat business.
• Plan and execute business development strategies to achieve targets.
• Lead sales presentations, negotiations, and deal closures.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities.
• Coordinate with the marketing and sales team for lead generation and promotions.

Training Details:

• Location: Chandigarh Branch
• Duration: 15–20 days (Unpaid)
• Facilities Provided: Accommodation & meals during training.
• Salary: Will start from the date of joining at Karnal branch.

Eligibility Criteria:

• Graduation or equivalent qualification (MBA preferred).
• Minimum 2–3 years of experience in business development, sales, or marketing.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and achieve sales targets.
