BDM - Ocean freight forwarding

Key Responsibilities: - Achieving sales objectives in the freight forwarding or logistics industry - Negotiating effectively with clients to secure favorable deals - Making key decisions to drive business growth - Demonstrating leadership skills to motivate and guide team members - Communicating clearly and effectively with clients and internal teams - Maintaining a customer-centric mindset to ensure client satisfaction - Utilizing strong business acumen to identify new opportunities for growth - Applying knowledge of the international shipping industry to make informed decisions - Working collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders to achieve common goals - Handling various types of shipments, including FCL (Full Container Load), LCL (Less than Container Load), and project cargo Qualifications Required: - Proven track record of achieving sales objectives in the freight forwarding or logistics industry - Strong negotiation, decision-making, and leadership skills - Excellent communication, presentation, and customer-centric mindset - Strong business acumen and knowledge of the international shipping industry - Ability to work with and influence both internal and external stakeholders - Experience with various types of shipments, including FCL (Full Container Load), LCL (Less than Container Load), and project cargo Please note that the work location for this position is in person.
