BDM - IT Services

As a Business Development Manager (BDM) in IT Services at Hidden Brains InfoTech, your role involves finding and closing new sales leads. You will handle and manage the end-to-end sales cycle, including lead generation, prospecting, negotiation, and closing deals. It will be your responsibility to arrange business meetings and one-on-one conversations with prospective clients, as well as attend networking events. Additionally, you will be preparing sales contracts while following company rules and guidelines. Building trust and long-term relationships with clients and partner networks across the ecosystem is crucial in this role. Managing records of sales, revenue, and other essential data will be part of your daily tasks. You will need to make professional decisions in a fast-paced environment and cultivate positive interactions and relationships with sales representatives, team leaders, managers, and executives to evaluate sales strategy and results. Coordinating with international teams for project planning and execution, specifically located in India, will be necessary. Motivating team members to exceed expected goals is also one of your key responsibilities.
