Role Overview: Evitamin, a leading digital marketing and IT solutions provider based in Indore, is seeking an IT Business Development Manager to drive growth and build strong relationships with key stakeholders. As the Business Development Manager - IT, you will play a crucial role in identifying new business opportunities, understanding market trends, and positioning Evitamin's IT solutions to address customer challenges effectively. Key Responsibilities: - Contact potential clients to establish rapport and arrange meetings for business closures. - Plan and oversee new marketing initiatives to attract and retain customers. - Research organizations and individuals to identify new business opportunities. - Increase the value of current customers and attract new ones to expand the client base. - Identify and develop new markets, improve sales, and set goals for the business development team. - Attend conferences, meetings, and industry events to network and promote Evitamin's services. - Develop quotations and proposals for clients to showcase the value of Evitamin's IT solutions. - Train and mentor the business development team to enhance their skills and knowledge. - Ensure timely achievement of company and team goals as per defined benchmarks. Qualification Required: - Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field. - Proficiency in bidding platforms like Upwork, Freelancer, Toptal, Guru, PeoplePerHour, Fiverr, and others. - Experience in sales, marketing, or related fields. - Strong communication skills to effectively engage with clients and stakeholders. - Ability to manage complex projects, multitask, and prioritize effectively. - Excellent organizational skills to streamline business development activities. - Knowledge of Information Technology background to understand and promote IT solutions effectively.,
