About the job: We are looking for a customer-centric and cordial e-commerce business associate who can streamline all e-commerce activities. Retain and nurture long-term consumer relationships. 2. Coordinate with the e-commerce manager to plan and execute promotional offers and product discounts. 3. Organize and oversee e-commerce activities and campaign rollouts. 4. Manage online portals and e-commerce accounts for multiple clients. 5. Respond promptly to customer web inquiries regarding products and service orders. 6. Assist customers with product selection and provide informed suggestions. 7. Understand and assess client challenges and service requirements. 8. Ensure timely resolution of client queries, either independently or by escalating appropriately. 9. Take ownership and accountability for assigned tasks and deliverables. Competencies Required: 1. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. 2.
