About the job: Key responsibilities: 1. Participate in forming effective paid search strategies 2. Launch and optimize various PPC campaigns 3. Oversee accounts on search platforms such as Google Ads, Bing Ads, Amazon, and Flipkart 4. Be involved in keyword selection and audience targeting 5. Monitor budgets and adjust bids to gain better ROI 6. Track KPIs to assess performance and pinpoint issues 7. Produce reports for management, including dashboards 8. Write attractive and concise ad copies 9. Analyze data and produce performance reports 10. Suggest and develop new campaigns across multiple channels 11. Maintain partnerships with PPC ad platforms and vendors 12. Find ways to reduce click fraud risk 13. Stay updated on PPC and SEM trends Requirements: 1. Proven experience as a PPC Manager or Digital Marketing Specialist 2. Familiarity with multiple platforms such as AdWords, Facebook, Yahoo is preferred 3. Working knowledge of analytics tools like Google Analytics, Tableau, WebTrends, etc. 4. Understanding of HTML and XML is a plus 5. Proficient in MS Office, particularly Excel 6. Excellent communication skills 7. Strong analytical and logical thinking skills 8.
