Job Description

Business Development Manager (BDM)

Key Responsibilities:

Business Development

Identify, qualify, and generate new staffing business opportunities in the domestic market.
Develop and execute strategies to acquire new clients across IT/Non-IT sectors.
Conduct meetings, presentations, and negotiations with CXOs, HR heads, procurement teams, and decision-makers.
Achieve monthly/quarterly revenue and client acquisition targets.

Client Relationship Management

Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new clients.
Understand client hiring requirements and deliver tailored staffing solutions.
Ensure timely fulfillment of positions in coordination with the delivery/recruitment team.
Handle client escalations and ensure high satisfaction levels.
Work closely with the recruitment team to ensure client requirements are understood and fulfilled.

Required Skills & Qualifications

3 to 6 years of experience in
Domestic Staffing (IT/Non-IT)
business development.
Strong network of clients, especially HR leaders and hiring managers.
Excellent understanding of recruitment processes (contract, permanent, bulk hiring, etc.).
Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Ability to work independently with a result-oriented approach.
Proven track record of achieving sales targets.

Nice to Have

Experience working with staffing agencies or consulting firms.
Experience in vendor empanelment and onboarding.
Ability to handle enterprise clients and large accounts.
