Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Business Development Manager (BDM) located in Jaipur. The BDM will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, maintaining client relationships, and implementing marketing strategies. Daily tasks include prospecting potential customers, conducting market research, developing sales plans, and negotiating contracts.

Qualifications

• Strong business development and sales skills, with experience in generating new business opportunities
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills, including client relationship management
• Marketing strategy and market research skills to identify and capitalize on trends
• Ability to develop sales plans and negotiate contracts effectively
• Experience in home renovation or interior design industry is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
