Responsibilities –

  • Recruit and manage a team of agency leaders and agents.
  • Ensure recruitment targets for agency leaders and agents are exceeded.
  • Maintain compliance with IRDA guidelines.
  • Enhance agent and financial executive capabilities and performance.
  • Support sales promotion activities and overall agency operations.

Qualifications

Academic Qualifications:

Minimum Graduation required; MBA is preferred.

: Over all experience of 2-6 years with management and sales experience.Mandatory -
  • 2+ Years in agency channel sales (Insurance domain preferred)
  • Team handling experience (Managing Agents or Agency Leaders)
  • Strong selling skills and relationship building ability
  • Capability to coach, mentor and drive team performance.
  • Resilience, Discipline and result Oriented Mindset
