Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Business Development Executive (BDE) based in Indore. The BDE will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, and working closely with the sales and marketing teams to develop strategies for growth. Daily tasks include client meetings, sales presentations, market research, lead generation and handling client inquiries.

Qualifications

• Strong skills in Sales, Business Development, and Lead Generation
• Client Relationship Management and Communication skills
• Experience in Market Research and Strategy Development
• Excellent Negotiation and Presentation abilities
• Proficiency with CRM software and business intelligence tools
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
• Previous experience in the IT industry is a plus
