Key Skills:B2B Sales, Client Acquisition, Negotiation.Strong Communication & Presentation Skills.Market Research & Analysis.Client Relationship Management.Understanding of Talent Acquisition & Recruitment Processes.CRM Software Proficiency. Qualifications:Proven experience in sales, business development, or recruitment.Bachelor's degree (often preferred). Success Metrics (KPIs):Number of new clients acquired.Monthly/Quarterly revenue generated.Conversion rates (leads to placements).Client retention rates.
