Role Overview:

We are seeaking a motivated Business Development Executive to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be passionate about identifying opportunities and converting leads into long-term partnerships. This role is perfect for individuals looking to kick-start their career in business development.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and generate new sales opportunities through various channels, including research, networking, and social media.
  • Conduct outbound calls/cold calls to potential clients to introduce our products/services and schedule appointments.
  • Engage with potential clients; understand their needs, and present appropriate solutions to acquire new business.
  • Follow up with leads, negotiate terms, and close sales to convert prospects into clients.
  • Maintain and update the CRM system with accurate information on prospects, leads, and opportunities.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients to encourage repeat business and referrals.
  • Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets and KPIs set by the sales manager.
  • Stay updated with industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions to identify new opportunities.
  • Prepare and submit regular sales reports and forecasts to the sales manager.

  • Good verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong understanding of sales processes, techniques, and best practices.
  • Ability to understand customer needs and provide solutions that add value.
  • Skilled in negotiating terms and closing deals effectively.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks, manage time efficiently, and meet deadlines.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with team members and contribute to a positive team environment.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to address client concerns and objections.
  • Previous experience in inside sales or a similar role is preferred.
