Job Description

We are looking for a motivated and dynamic Business Development Executive to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, generating self-leads, and building long-term relationships with clients. This role involves selling our solutions, mobile app, and IT software development services to small and medium businesses.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead Generation: Independently generate new business leads via LinkedIn, email marketing, cold calling, networking, and other outbound strategies.

Client Acquisition: Reach out to potential clients and pitch our solution tailored to their business needs.

Market Research: Identify new markets and customer needs to expand the company’s reach.

Sales Pipeline Management: Manage the sales funnel from prospecting to closing deals and maintaining post-sales relationships.

Proposal Development: Prepare customized proposals, presentations, and quotes for prospective clients.

Follow-ups: Maintain follow-up communication to convert leads into active clients.

Reporting: Maintain records of all interactions and update CRM tools regularly. Prepare periodic sales reports for management review.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or related field.

Proven experience (1–3 years) in B2B sales or business development, preferably in IT services or digital agencies.

Strong communication and negotiation skills.

Ability to work independently and generate self-leads consistently.

Tech-savvy with a good understanding of website development, SEO, and digital solutions.

Familiarity with CRM tools and LinkedIn Sales Navigator is a plus.
