BDE (Business Development Executive)

As a Business Development Executive (BDE) at our company, your role involves identifying and targeting potential international markets for pharmaceutical product exports. You will be responsible for researching and analyzing market trends, competitive landscape, and customer needs to develop effective sales strategies. Building and nurturing relationships with existing and potential clients, distributors, and partners will be a key aspect of your job. Additionally, you will collaborate with the marketing team to develop impactful promotional materials and strategies. Key Responsibilities: - Identify and target potential international markets for pharmaceutical product exports. - Research and analyze market trends, competitive landscape, and customer needs to develop effective sales strategies. - Build and nurture relationships with existing and potential clients, distributors, and partners. - Collaborate with the marketing team to develop impactful promotional materials and strategies. - Attend international trade shows, exhibitions, and conferences to represent the company and generate leads. - Negotiate and finalize business deals, contracts, and agreements. - Stay updated with industry regulations and compliance requirements for pharmaceutical export. - Provide regular reports on market insights, sales performance, and business development activities. Qualifications Required: - Excellent verbal & written communication skills, ability to call, connect, and interact with potential clients. - Strong computer skills, including Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, & MS Excel). - Education: BBA, MBA, B Pharm (Preferred) OR Graduates & Masters (Accepted) This is a full-time position and the preferred educational qualification is a Bachelor's degree. Experience in Microsoft Excel, B2B sales, and data analytics is preferred. Proficiency in English is required for this role. The work location is in person.
