Purchase Executive

JOB SUMMARY

The Purchase Executive plays a critical role in sourcing and procuring pharmaceutical products and raw materials for M Care Exports. This position ensures timely, cost-effective purchasing while maintaining high standards of quality and regulatory compliance.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• SUPPLIER MANAGEMENT: Identify, evaluate, and build relationships with reliable vendors and manufacturers.
• PROCUREMENT PROCESS: Manage purchase orders, quotations, and approval cycles efficiently.
• INVENTORY MANAGEMENT: Monitor stock levels and coordinate with the warehouse to avoid shortages or overstocking.
• REGULATORY COMPLIANCE: Ensure all purchases adhere to national and international pharmaceutical regulations.
• DOCUMENTATION & RECORD KEEPING: Maintain accurate records of purchases, pricing, supplier contracts, and audit trails.
• COLLABORATION & COMMUNICATION: Coordinate closely with internal departments (Sales, Logistics, Accounts) to understand procurement needs.
• COST MANAGEMENT: Negotiate pricing and contracts to optimize cost savings without compromising quality.

SKILLS REQUIRED

· Proficient in negotiation and vendor relationship management.

· Strong analytical and decision-making skills.

· Knowledge of pharmaceutical procurement norms and software tools.

· Effective verbal and written communication.

· Familiarity with documentation, regulatory paperwork, and vendor audits.
